He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Harrison Boothe and Ella Nielson Boothe; his sisters, Melba Hutcherson, Darlene Harper and Maxine Nelson; his son-in-law Ron Breinholt; his grandson Joshua Boothe; and his great grandchild Cadence Gonzales.
He is survived by: his wife Velma Wells Boothe of Spanish Fork; his siblings, Leslie James Boothe (Lu Ella) of Ogden and Carole Moulton of Othello; and also, Randy (Susan) of Spanish Fork, Steve (Karen) of Salem, Mike (Lou Ella) of Spanish Fork, Karen Foster (Terry) of Orem, Layne (Noelle) of Herriman, Dallan (Kamille) of Mapleton and Marcie Jenkins (John) of Harrisville. He is also survived by son, brother, friend, teacher, mentor, husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
