He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pfunder and Frances Pfunder. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Pfunder; his sons, Shawn (Rachel), Brandon (Julianne) and Kevin (Marolyn); his great grandchildren, Magdalena, Bailey (Troy), Lauren, Aidan (Alexa), Morgan, Isaac, Emerson, Ade, Reagan, Elliot, Lily, Grace and Ila; and his siblings, Mike (Elna), Linda, Margo (Chad), Christine (Rod) and Jon (Kris).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hero Defense, an organization that actively supports the firefighters and paramedics of Southeastern Idaho.
