It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Yvonne Scheel Haws (Spanish Fork, Utah), who passed away on May 14, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Antoinette Hird (Greg); her former husband Carl; her sister Donna Jean Haack; and her stepson Marion Haws. She is survived by: her spouse Clement Anthony Zakareckis (Tony); her siblings, Max Scheel (Delores) of Mesa and Beverly Hindman (Dick) of South Jordan; her daughters, Marilyn Harroun (Michael) and Judy Ann Zakareckis; her son-in-law Greg Hird; and her stepchildren, Carolyn Sawyer (Gary), LaRita Oaks (Butch), Shirleen Hanchett (Verl), Marilyn Haws (Marion) and Gordon Haws (Doris). She is also survived by 32 grandchildren, 58 great-grandchildren and 24 great-great grandchildren.
