She was predeceased by: her parents, William Simmons (Bill) and Clara Simmons; her daughter Suzette; and her siblings-in-law, Joyce Simmons and Reid Nielson.
She is survived by: her husband Duane; her children, Dayna Goates, Clint Newitt (Michelle), Matt Newitt (Molly), Sherri Newitt, Jill Hansen (Mark) and Amanda Gren (Steve); and her siblings, Shirl Simmons and Helen Nielson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (5916 S 3200 W St, Spanish Fork, UT 84660). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
