He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon L. Cloward and Mary Monk Cloward; his former wife Gail Ott Cloward; and his brother Craig James Cloward. He is survived by: his wife Carole Shakespear Cloward; his children, Lonna Christensen (Robert), Paula Berns (Michael), Ryan Larry Cloward (Cordi), Terri Taylor (Jerry) and Debbie Sainsbury (Craig); and his siblings, Dennis Cloward (Trudy) and Lynnette Diamond (Ron). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
