It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce Hyer Kotter in Spanish Fork, Utah, who passed away on December 11, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ariel Hyer and Anne Hyer; her siblings, Paul Hyer, Blaine Hyer and Barbara Montgomery; her husband Cleon Kotter; and her son Van.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Alice Allred; and her sons, Rod (Melanie), Rich (Ronda), Quade (Ann), Dirk (Valarie) and Bart (Melissa). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Lauralin Church (325 Lauralin Dr, Logan, UT 84321). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages acts of service in her honor to reflect her lifelong commitment to helping others.
