He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Bruce Ludlow. He is survived by: his parents, Lindon Reynolds and Joy Reynolds; his son Tanner Ray Reynolds of Spanish Fork; his siblings, Shawn Reynolds, Chris Reynolds, Stacy Ludlow, Grand Lake, Jenny Shepherd (Shane), Payson, Jodie Davis and Salem; and his significant other Jessica. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to assist in the final expenses for Jeremy can be made to any immediate family member, Walker Mortuary, or to Bishop Glen Tanner of the Benjamin 1st Ward.
