She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Helquist and Lennis Helquist; her father-in-law Leon Choate; and her brother-in-law Wayne Choate. She is survived by: her children, Janice Lenice Helquist Choate and Alicia Jill Baum (Steven); her grandchildren, Syd and Addy; her husband Brent Choate; her children, Alecia Jill Baum (Steven), Leslee Ann Sokoloff (Jayson) and Daniel Brent Choate (Mandy); her grandchildren, Taylor Peay (Wyatt), Sydney Choate, Jayce Sokoloff, Addison Choate and Talon Choate; her siblings, Douglas Clyde Helquist (Becky), Sherry Karen Young (Steve), Laurie K Christiansen (Brent) and Steve Choate (Larene); and her mother-in-law Beverly Farreta.
