She is survived by: her brother Kim; her husband Richard; her son Jeff Smith (Marlo); her grandchildren, Haylie (Colton), Lindsay, Garrett and Easton Smith; her siblings, Karen Christensen (Kelly) and James Chappel (Rachell); and her sisters-in-law, Shauna Chappel Hatch, Jolynne Chapple (Jerald), Jill Sullivan (Jay) and Judy Daniels (Ron).
