He was predeceased by: his sister Joyce Haycock Sanders. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Croshaw; his children, Carla (Craig Farnsworth) of Midway, Matthew Bevan (Dixie Simonis) of Beaverton, Camille (Timothy Croxton) of Littleton, Douglas Reed (Kathy Kraft) of Sedalia, Lyle Byron (Tammy Sadler) of Mapleton and Margaret (Judson Smedley) of Draper; and his sister Audrey Haycock Wittwer. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
