He is survived by: his wife Hannah Irene Perkins; his parents, Paula Perkins and Scott Perkins; his siblings, Belinda Westerman, Brittany Mitko (Mike), Ashley Hall (Andy), Darby Perkins, Trevor Perkins (Janelle), Davin Perkins (Briahnna), Emily Talley (Sam), Becca Summers (Brady), Spencer Perkins (Brittney), John Sexton (Amanda), Shane Sexton (Audrey) and Van Lowe (Sarah); and also, Bill Lowe and Pat Lowe. He is also survived by 27 nieces and nephews, who obviously called him their favorite uncle.
