He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Foote and Jean Foote; and his uncle Glen Foote. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Foote; his sister Cindy Becker Hubble (Erick); his daughter Teresa Knight (Bill); his stepchildren, Steve Hills and Jennifer Hills; and his grandchildren, Christian Francis (Grace), Zach Francis, Aubriel Bishop (Branson), Cameron Francis and Shelby Hills.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Snow College (150 College Ave E, Ephraim, UT 84627). A burial was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Nephi Vine Bluff Cemetery (1200 N 400 E, Nephi, UT 84648).
