It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanette Potter of South Salt Lake, Utah, who passed away on January 14, 2025, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jeanette leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nancy J. Potter and Carl D. Potter; her former spouse Shannon Shirley; and her aunt Alice Dotti. She is survived by: her husband John Wetzel; her stepdaughter Jessica Erwin of Layton; and her siblings, Donna Harney (Ken) of Price, Carl Potter of Price and Carrie Ferguson (Brian) of Price. She is also survived by grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
