He was predeceased by: his parents, George Peterson and Victoria Peterson; his brother Dean Peterson; and his grandson Zachary Weeks. He is survived by: his sister Marilyn Peterson; his friend Dean Werelius; his wife Iona Peterson; and his children, Michael Peterson (Jody), Michelle Weeks (James), Mark Peterson (Stephanie), Marla Moxley (Chris), Marsha Beck (Scott), Melinda Pyles (Nick) and Monica Meidell (Jonathan). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, soon to be 7 great-grandchildren.
