She is survived by: her husband Jim Lentz; her children, Derek Lentz (Chandra), Kathy Spendlove (Stuart) and Sam Lentz (Brittany); and her siblings, Maggie McLaughlin, Ken Hacking (Carole Jeanne), Rosalie Leman (Tom) and Chuck Hacking.
A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Riverfront Ward (601 Mansfield Ave S, South Salt Lake, UT 84106).
