He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean LaRae Turpin; his siblings, Keith Westover, Dee Westover, Gene Westover, Ray Westover, Richard "Dick" Westover and Marie Shortino; and his son-in-law Monte Lloyd.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Butler (Richard), Connie Lloyd (Monte) and Troy Westover (Nancy). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
