She was predeceased by: her parents, Stuart Swenson and Retta Hansen Swenson; her husband Gene Swaner; and her siblings, Joline Bouwhuis (LeRoy), Bruce and Bea.
She is survived by: her close friend Gene Thomas Swaner; her children, Steve (Joyce), Fremont, Karla Nelson (Devin), Roy, Susan Swift, Don and Scott; and her brothers, Val Swenson (Marcia) and Clark Swenson (Ellie) of Knoxville, TN.. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
