With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Walczak Jr. (South Ogden, Utah), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 14, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth (Betty); his parents, Joseph Sr. and Anna; and his siblings, Chester and Johanne Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Ann Walczak, MD; his nephews, Gregory Johnson (Sue), Mark Johnson, Joseph Johnson (Linda), Anthony Walczak and Steven Walczak (Tracey); his niece Kristine Walczak (Doug Broderick); and his great-nieces, Madeline Broderick and Katie Berrios (Jeff).
The Walczak Family appreciates memorial contributions to Joseph's favorite charity, The Salvation Army, which he supported all through his life.
