It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathy Ann Westergard Brand of South Ogden, Utah, who passed away on January 8, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Westergard and Marjorie Pratt Westergard; her husband Larry Brand; and her brother-in-law Robert Brand (Sharon). She is survived by: her children, Jerry Brand (Sharee), Troy Brand (Heather), Lance Brand and Candice Allred (Derek); her grandchildren, Madison, Parley, Sage, Cadence and Diedrich; her siblings, Chris Westergard (Susan), Linda Hancock (Gene) and Val Westergard (Jill); and her sisters-in-law, Cheryl Nielsen (Gale) and Joan Enniss (Merrill).
