She was predeceased by: her parents, James Calvin Sweeten and Dorothy Alice Barnhill; her son David Thirkill; and her siblings, Jimmy, Dick, Betty and Florence.
She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Garvey; her children, Cindy Wixom (Glenn), Colette Anderson (Craig), Diane Wheeler (Dee), Smantha Hatting (Bob) and Paul Garvey; her stepsons, Joe and Tim Anderson (Rhonda); and her sister-in-law Valerie Sweeten. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid concerns there will not be a viewing.
