He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlene Fletcher and Willard F Mitchell Sr.; and his siblings, Dennis, Steven and Penny.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Michelle (Bill); his sister-in-law Carol; and his grandchildren, Brianne and Franky (Samantha). He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Country Park 1st Ward (11251 S 2700 W, South Jordan, UT 84095).
