He was predeceased by: his father John William Smith; and his brother Merrill. He is survived by: his wife Gwynne Robb Smith; his children, Tamsyn Carter, Corwyn Smith, Rustyn Smith, Kirstyn Henricksen, Maridyn Weatherly, Brittyn Smith, Lauryn Pease and Eryn Horton; and his siblings, Dee, Lowell, Myrna, Helen, Wilma and Marvin. He is also survived by his 42 grandchildren, one great grandchild, and daughters- and sons-in-law.
