He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Franklin Allan and Julia Troward Noble; his spouse Sherryl Stewart; his granddaughters, Aubrey, Ashley and Brooke Bateman; and his siblings, John Allan and Betty Jewel Ulmer.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Anbrea Morales; his children, Kristine Martin (Kenneth), Stewart Allan (Becky), Paulette Johnson, Walt Allan, Kenneth (Janyce) and Elizabeth Tidwell; his brother Abraham Allan of Spanish Fork, UT; his brother-in-law Donald Ulmer of Holladay, UT.; and his brother Abe. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
