It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Val Higginbotham (South Jordan, Utah), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on July 16, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Liisa; his children, Thomas (Michelle), Kaarina (Nathan), Lara (Patrick) and Tiina (Rick); and his brother David (Gail). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.

Because of Covid, we haven't had Finnish Reunions where I would always see Val and Liisa.
