He is survived by: his daughter Leah McCleve; his parents, Kelly McCleve and Julie McOmber; his brothers, Jordan McCleve (Andi), Brandon McCleve and Cody McCleve; his stepparents, Annette Johansen and Mark McOmber; his sister Enjoli McOmber; his stepsiblings, Alexis McOmber, Chandler McOmber, Chelsea Oliverson (Mallori) and Mallory Oliverson; and his grandparents, Bruce Smith (Diane) and Veree McCleve.
