He was predeceased by: his spouse Lu'isa Kafo; and his parents, Aisea Misitana Vea and Meleseini Iloilo Vea. He is survived by: his children, LeRoy (Tanya), Anthony (Becky), Patricia (Keave), Myron (Ku'uipo), Romney (Pou) and Ofa (Avei). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
