He is survived by: his children, Sheree Phung (Stephen) of South Jordan, UT, Travis Duffey (Bethany) of Holladay, UT, Trent Duffey (Taraleigh) of Grass Valley, CA and Dale Warren (Malynda Warren); his brother Darrell Duffey (Donna) of Renton, WA; and his siblings-in-law, Rochelle Kenison of Butte, MT and Keith Kofoed (Linda) of Sonora, CA.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
