She is survived by: her parents, Kristen Nye Seethaler and Mark Hyrum Seethaler; and her grandparents, Roy A. Nye, Joseph A. Seethaler, Irene Kirk Seethaler, Myra Knight Seethaler, Gladys Smith Seethaler and Joe.
In lieu of flowers, Sarah's family is requesting that contributions towards a goal of $25, 000 be made to the SarahSmiles fundraiser at Primary Children's Hospital, the organization that saved her life.
