He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd W. and Melba; and his sons, Alan and Troy. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Chorniak; his sister Linda Ray (Jim); and his children, Lezlie, Stacie (Troy) and Todd (Cindy). He is also survived by three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
