He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Rasmussen and Dorothy Rasmussen; and his son David McCabe. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Stephanie (James), Robert (Marisa), Danielle (Jon) and Melissa (Michael); and his siblings, Thayne (Angela), Jay (Janis), Lyle (Beverly), Curt (Bonnie) and Ann (Ken). He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren.
