She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Caminiti and Narda Caminiti; her husband James LaVey; her daughters, Margaret Windsor (Bernard) and Bernadette Wathen; and her grandson Ryan LaVey.
She is survived by: her son Richard LaVey; her children-in-law, Daryl LaVey and Marcus Wathen; and her grandchildren, Shane LaVey (Alicia), Rose Garside (Kevin) and Jessica Mann (Benjamin). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
