He was predeceased by: his father Roland Wayne Madsen, Jr. (Renee'Jackson). He is survived by: his mother Vernise Ohran Madsen; his pets, Kiwi and Molly; his wife Zirka Madsen; his sons, Travis (LaDonna), Troy (Kami), Todd and Tony (Jennifer); his stepchildren, Adrianna (Michael), Larysa and AJ (Marcy); and his siblings, Teri Maughan (LeRoy), Craig Madsen (Toddy), Diane Urry (Dave), Linda Phillips (Scott) and Bruce Madsen (Jill). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the South Jordan City Cemetery (10630 S 1055 W, South Jordan, UT 84095).
