He was predeceased by: his mother Merna Kiggins Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Jill; his stepchildren, Cody Wigren (Angela) and Jan Wigren; his granddaughters, Sierra and Haley; his father Bob Skinner; his siblings, Cody (Cindy), Randy (Monica), Jason (Alisha) and Shonda Morse (Russ); and his pet Shilo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
