He is survived by: his parent Beverly Feraco; his stepfather Larry Feraco; his family, Shaykayla and Chaz; his wife Khoune Smith; his children, Kamiekca Phathammavong (Hao), Shaykayla Smith (Jevin) and Chaz Smith; his grandchildren, Jada Phathammavong, Jaleah Tran, Janiyah Tran and Jayahna Tran; his siblings, Nichole Gunther (Todd), Mindy Echegaray (Jose) and Jonathan Feraco; and also Beverly Feraco (Larry).

“I am so sorry for your loss. Rick was a very sweet and funny person. He will be missed by bob and my mother Stephanie smith my heart goes out to his father because a parent should not have to loose a child even if they have ther indifferences. I was blessed that even though I had issues with my family I was able to see my father John Russo and tell him I loved him before he passed. My grandpa klass loved Rick so I’m sure he’s in heaven with all the angels Lisa Archuletta”
