He was predeceased by: his parents, Byrum Matthew Holt and Helen Bertoch; his wife Donna Jarman; his siblings, Renee and David; and his granddaughter Morgan Holt.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Bundy (Les) of St. George, Dana Van Dyke (Lynn) of South Jordan, Ryan Holt (Cindy) of South Jordan and Marianne Densley (Kelly) of South Jordan; and his siblings, Don Holt (Grace), Nancy Cowdell (Bruce) and June Pino (Sam). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren.
