He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Bell and June Bell (Morrison); his sister Jolene Dilley; his sister-in-law Shirley Bell; and his nephews, Aaron Dilley and Cory Bell.
He is survived by: his children, Aimee Bell-Hutchison and Brandon Bell (Megan); his grandchildren, Malakai and Azriel Hutchison; and his siblings, Nancy Johnson (Virgil), John, Jerry (Terri) and Doug Bell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
