He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughter Ann Gillespie (MD); his stepson Jason Chapman (FL); his grandchildren, Austin, Olivia, Shannon, Jessica, Johnathan, Justin and Emma; his great grandchildren, Jaxsen, Brayden and Makenzie; his brother Gary (Julie); his brothers-in-law, GladeBerry (Maureen) and Robert Carr (Jean); and his pet Izzy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
