He was predeceased by: his grandfather Jack Stoddard Johnson; and his stepgrandfather Keith Fraser. He is survived by: his parents, Benjamin Chapman and Suzanne Chapman (Johnson) of South Jordan, Utah; his siblings, Elder Thomas Chapman, Andrew, Samuel and Emily; and his grandparents, Mary Johnson of South Jordan, Steve and Beverly Chapman of Caldwell, Idaho.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins in a close extended family.
