He is survived by: his wife Jett; his children, Sherri Kurz (Michael), Tony (Jennifer), Wendy, Dustin (Robyn), Shane, Jami, Marty and Nikki; and his siblings, Gayle, Lois, Frank, Bob, Stephen, Calvin and Marcie. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
