He is survived by: his wife Carol LaVerne Epperson; and his children, Laura Mae Nock, David Lawrence Nuttall (Lisa), Cheri Lee Garner (Don), Letha Lyn Mickowski and Daniel Everett Nuttall (MickiAnne). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
