It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noah Shane Martin (South Jordan, Utah), born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on December 24, 2019, at the age of 12, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Shane Martin and Crystal Martin; his sisters, Lilly, Alice and Maddie; his grandparents, Steve Martin (Kathy), Ken and Lori Brown; his great-grandparent Pearlene Warner; and his grandmother Debbie Martin. He is also survived by his four Aunts, five Uncles, and seven Cousins.
His angel heart made our years together possible and we will forever be grateful to his donor family and their willingness to say yes to organ donation.
