He is survived by: his children, Julie Moser (Tom), Joe Johnson (Melinda), Jina Johnson (Boyd), Jeff Johnson (Jennifer) and Jami Madsen (Brent); his wife Anita Chapman; and his brother-in-law Dave Hanks. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
