It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Newell Kay Johnson of South Jordan, Utah, who passed away on October 23, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Albert and Ethel Rolfson Johnson; his father-in-law Dwain Baich; his brothers, Delmar and Orvell Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Wally Newton and Carol Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his mother-in-law Bernice; his children, Collette Martin (Todd), Teresa Schneider (Todd), Cory (Amanda), Kristine Claybaugh (Ryan) and Annette Hill (Nate); his siblings, Norene Newton and LaVell Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Anneli and Michael Baich (Cathy). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren.
Due to current requirements for social distancing, his funeral service attendance will be limited.
