He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Jenkins and Ruth Jenkins; his siblings, Sheldon Jenkins, Kenneth Jenkins and Glenn; and his granddaughter Maggie Jenkins.

He is survived by: his siblings, Glen Jenkins, Ann Daniels and Denise Petersen; his wife Gwen Jenkins; his son Paul; his family, Neal and Gwen; and his children, Holly, Justin, Wesley and David.
