He is survived by: his parents, Robert Phillips and Deanna Phillips; his wife Tammy Phillips; his children, Ashley Phillips (Matt Sanford), Nicole Peay (Taylor Peay), Trista Phillips and Schuyler Phillips; his grandchildren, Sayler Johnson and Nixon Christensen; his sister Kristyne Phillips-Sandstrom; and also Deanna Phillips. He is also survived by four children that he was very proud of: one son and three daughters.
