He is survived by: his wife LaVonne; and his children, Bruce Petersen, Patty Carlson (Jerry), Mark Petersen (Karen), Susan Robbins (Bart) and Lori Whitney (Brian). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
