She was predeceased by: her parents, Nancy Lou (Smith) and Ernest Odell Brooks; her husband Keith; her daughter Jo Ann; and her brothers, Hyrum, Joseph, Edward and Jimmy (Linda).
She is survived by: her children, Richard Clemons (Kathleen), Beverly Arnason, Bill Clemons (Mary), Phillip Clemons (Leita) and Steve Clemons (Bess); and her grandchildren, Kimberly (Eric), David (Heather), Kevin, Kary (Geof), Bella, Jessica (Joe), Andrea (John), Cassie (Jason), Troy, Aaron, Ben (Sara), Ammon, Emily (Edward), Katie (Rob), Taylor (Sienna), Laura (Doug), Brian, Bradley, Joseph, Jared, Justin, Isaiah, Faith (Samuel) and Elijah.
Viewing was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cookeville Building of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (981 S Walnut Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501).
She had unfailing charity for others and an absolute belief in the power of everyone to become better than they were.
