He is survived by: his former wife Carol Tingey; his children, Richard Tingey Michaelis (Carol), Blaine Max Michaelis (Heidi), James Ralph Michaelis (Carla), Neil Alma Michaelis (Cami), Patricia Michaelis Boswell (Brent), Deborah Ann Walton Quigley (Keith), David Conrad Walton (Sarah) and Mark Christian Michaelis (Amanda); and his siblings, Elaine Michaelis and Arthur Lynn Michaelis (Carolyn). He is also survived by 32 grandchildren; and 35 great-grandchildren.
