He was predeceased by: his father Eddie Slaymaker; his grandparents, Don and Linda Hinerman; and his uncle Randy Hinerman. He is survived by: his daughter Maddy; his mother Pat Bracken (Barry Blumhagen); his siblings, Rhonda Curtis (Doug) and Ryan Bracken (Kristie); and his close friend Megan Hales. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
