She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Peterson and Jay Young Park; and her husband Terry Lewis Myers. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Jay, Joshua Terry and Jacqueline Ann; and her siblings, Janice Kanaley (Jim), Susan Neilson (Wayne), Randy Jay Park (Jeninne), Russell William Park (Jewel) and Kimberly Averett (Paul).
